Terms & conditions:

• Park opens at 10:00am – Close 6:30pm
• Child below 2 years is free of charge.
• Child height more than 120 CM counted as adult.
• An adult must accompany children under the age of 12 at all times
• Intoxicated guests will be refused entry to Marassi water world
• Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction
• Please wear appropriate swimwear at all times
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware or alcohol into the Waterpark
• All swimmers under 48” / 1.2m should be kept within arm’s reach of a responsible adult whenever in the water
• To avoid injury to yourself and others please walk at all times and do not run
• Eyeglasses and jewelry should be removed prior to riding
• Marassi Water World attractions are not recommended for expectant mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, or persons overweight or with physically limiting conditions
• Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc.) or contagious diseases are not permitted on the attractions
• As with any such activity, there are risks of injury. Overturning and/or collisions are possible while riding

Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling Policy:

• Refund is allowed if requested 24 hours or more before the visit
• We offer ONE rescheduling if requested 24 hours or more before your visit.
• Failure to give 24 hours advance notice will result in rescheduling request not being granted and no refund issued
• No shows are charged 100% of their reservation amount
